About Me

My photo
Michael Noyes (aka Raj)
Virginia, United States
I began a yoga and meditation practice when I was 50 in 2009. I was introduced to Argentine tango and contact improvisation at that time, and later I discovered ecstatic dance.

Several years after that in 2018 I was trained and certified to teach Integral Yoga. Then shortly later I began to offer my ZenTango workshops in local yoga studios. I've also enjoyed teaching private lessons for several years.

ZenTango is mindful movement. Focused and present. Two who float together as one across the floor to some of the most beautiful music in the world.

It's a pleasure to offer this blog, and I hope you enjoy reading and are inspired in your dance. Thank you also for taking the time to comment.
